The villa is a 2 bedroom semi-detached property, with a large garden patio running around the outside. It is close to the swimming pool and has parking to the front.
Inside the large entrance, there is step down to the left taking you into the kitchen and dining area, with 6 seater dining table and patio doors leading to outside. To the right is a step down into the lounge.
The lounge has a corner sofa as well as some additional seating, with a 37” flat screen TV above the fireplace. A range of UK and European TV channels are available to watch, including a number of non-premium Sky channels. The villa has air-conditioning to enable control of the indoor temperature, for both summer and winter seasons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob. There are pans, cooking equipment as well as crockery and glasses for 6 people. So you can enjoy cooking and eating, as well as visiting the local restaurants.
