Barbados 7 is available to Friends & Family, and at this time, the owners wish to restrict rental to Adults only.

Changeover day
Mid to high season - Saturday preferred. Low season - flexible to suit guests.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required within 5 days to confirm booking.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to start date.
As both are non-refundable, private insurance is strongly recommended. At same time as balance is paid a deposit of £150 is due from which the cost of any damage, breakages, losses, etc will be deducted and repaid within 14 days of end of stay. Payment is by cheque or cash only, sorry no cards.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Mid-week maid service available with clean linen and towels (not beach towels), at additional cost.
